DIMi Has Moved
In the run up to launching DIMi as an app and print magazine we have moved the DIMi website from wordpress.com to our own hosted wordpress setup.
WordPress.com is a great place to host websites, and we have loved our time here for problem-free hosting and blogging. But the restrictions on displaying ads was a problem and in moving forward likely to be a much larger one. Also we needed more flexibility with the design of the site. Unfortunately WordPress.com does not have a reasonably priced way to open these options up, suited to a small publisher like us.
So dimagemaker.wordpress.com will remain as a blog, while we have combined dimagemaker.com and dimagemaker.net into one, large site that is about to have a LOT more functionality added to it. All this is part of a process we began some months ago of rationalising our website offerings and pulling them together.
